Refund & Returns Policy

At Sunzen Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sunzenbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Refund amounts will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) and original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error). Refund amounts will NOT include return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged/defective) or any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sunzenbeauty.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, orders may have already begun processing and cannot be cancelled.
